Finding the "right" individual for the job can be half the battle. Relocating that person and the family is the other half. Enthusiasm about a raise or a promotion can be quickly dimmed by fears of housing costs, interest rates, loss of friends and so forth. The stress not only can affect the family, it often reduces the employee's productivity. Not all of the concerns can be eliminated, but the can be diminished.

I am thoroughly versed in the methods, procedures, and the human equation of relocating people. They do it many thousands of times each month.

I will do my best to help families with their relocation needs, by providing pertinent information and assurances that the opportunities the family had in their previous hometown will be available here. If I do not know the answers to their questions, I will make every effort to find out for them. Having a family of my own with school age children, I know what the concerns of most families are.

I will stay in weekly contact prior to the relocation. When the family arrives, I will meet them at the airport and take them to their hotel. If a rental car is desired, I will make the necessary arrangements. The first item on our agenda will be to tour the area and visit schools, if desired. Next, we will see homes. After the right home is found, a loan application will be made.

It is my personal goal to help relocating individuals and families make a smooth transition to a new home and civic environment. I have knowledge, ability and perseverance to carry out this goal in an effective and caring manner.
