We are a service company and I'm service oriented. Buying a home is both exciting and traumatic. I'd like to share with you some facts regarding our marketplace that can ease the process.
Working with one real estate broker in Indianapolis is the best policy. Since all brokers represent the same inventory (MIBOR is the one and only MLS in Indianapolis), one agent can qualify you faster, determine your likes and dislikes faster and therefore, do more efficient, less frustrating job of helping you locate the home of your dreams.
I want to work for you. Calling individual listing agents is unnecessary. If I am placing the call, I can get all the information you need plus comparable information. You will be represented by by me as your buyer's agent and I will look out for your best interest.
Open houses are a great way to see properties. Just give the agents my card. I'll call to get more information if needed. If you give your own name and numbers, you'll get calls from every agent you meet.
On-Site builders are delighted to work with an agent from Scheetz. They make presentations at our sales meetings. The cost of the home does not increase by having representation. If you don't have the representation you don't save money. I can plead your case in negotiations, monitor the building process, help you with selections and ease the closing process by monitoring the various last minute activities.
Possession after closing is negotiable. Vacant and new homes may be occupied the day of closing. Resale homes have possession granted on a case by case basis bearing mind the seller's circumstances and the buyer's monetary expense.
I'm delighted that you've choosen me to help you find your home. Let me know if you have any questions. I'd like to act as your friend in the real estate business, making the process enjoyable as well as rewarding for you.
